The Four Seasons

JAKARTA

Throughout the Four Seasons Jakartal, we used a sophisticated palette with details inspired by both Asian and European cultures. The most important design element for the chocolatier was the glamour and design of the floor, that is of a star in black and white. The walls float upwards to a very high scale and the light flows in through the windows, highlighting the beautiful contrast between the bold floors and the Tiffany blue-colored walls. The chocolatier is a place to feel glamorous as you buy a few chocolates and sit for a coffee or tea with a friend, but it’s all about that intimate moment.

A place to feel glamorous.

As soon as you reach the 18th floor restaurant, you immediately step into a space that feels fluid and sensuous. The bar situated to the right of the entrance gives guests a moment to duck in and have their own private moment in a more intimate, moody space. Both the restaurant and the bar look out onto a terrace, which has incredible views of the city.

The room is enveloped with deep tones of red and soft tones of ochre.

As you continue down the hallway, you come to the restaurant, which is extremely rich, layered, and somewhat exotic. The room is enveloped with deep tones of red and soft tones of ochre, mixed beautifully with polished woods. The vision was to create and design a place where you go for a real experience. It’s a choice–you come to the restaurant because you want to truly enjoy it.
