The exterior design of 13|U takes its cues from many of Washington, DC’s most iconic apartment houses. Champalimaud Design set out to create boutique-style apartments with a rich suite of residential amenities including a club room, fitness area, below-grade parking, bicycle storage and a rooftop pool. The lighting accentuates the comfortable glamour of the design with warm, bright finishes and warm color temperatures.
