An understanding of sophisticated lifestyles all around the world allows us to create bespoke and elegant designs for properties like The Kent. We approached this project by embracing the grand opulence that defines the Upper East Side. The design is inspired by the richness, eclecticism, and boldness of the art deco style, refined with modern aestheticism.

Eye-catching details give a nod to the Art Deco era such as the custom-designed stone floors that portray intertwining geometric lines representing the various movements of the historical period. The residential lobby lounge is encompassed by soaring windows and black lacquered walls, a beautiful contrast to the textured oak floors.
A perfect social retreat.
Our design intention was to encourage social interaction in a glamorous, luxurious setting.
The space is intended for residents to use as an extension of their own homes and gather throughout the day. Whether relaxing by the fireplace with a cup of coffee or entertaining a small group of friends, the lobby lounge is a perfect social retreat. We also included an honor bar to provide residents the luxury of entertaining with wine and beverages of their choice. Our design intention was to encourage social interaction in a glamorous, luxurious setting.
