The Leyton
NEW YORK, NEW YORK
A jewel on the 24th floor of The Leyton, we wanted to make the Brandy Room a transformative world, distinct in character and refined in detail. A place that is approachable and extravagant. This amenity space was designed as a beacon of indoor-outdoor entertainment with a strong infusion of color. Residents will walk into the Brandy Room to find a spectacle of bespoke furnishings and original artworks that stimulate and inspire through form, hue and texture. The atmosphere is casually sophisticated, speaking to our senses with every shift from glossy leather to soft bouclé, olive green to wine red.

The space is designed for easy socializing, composed with fluid clusters of seating that split up and then join together around the welcoming chalet fireplace. Journeying into the Solarium, strong texture prevails in the wall of aubergine waxed plaster that shimmers beside the Rosso Levanto marble bar. The adjoining Sun Terrace elevates the bar experience to something ethereal as one overlooks an infinite city skyline ahead.

A series of social spaces that caters to how one lives.
Ultimately, residents will find choice to be the greatest gift of our design. The choice to enjoy a drink with friends, play a game of chess, or simply take in the visual and tactile pleasures of the rooms. Combined with the building’s unique architecture, we hoped to create a series of social spaces that caters to how one lives.
